Fiona Mackenzie serves as a Trustee with a focus on safeguarding, accessibility, and inclusive practice across all of Digital Unity Hub’s workshops and community sessions.

With a background in community care and accessibility advocacy, Fiona has spent much of her career ensuring that public services are genuinely accessible to older adults, veterans, and people with additional needs. She played a key role in shaping the tailored support pathways introduced by Digital Unity Hub in 2025, ensuring sessions are adapted to meet people exactly where they are.

Fiona is passionate about dignity-led support — the belief that digital inclusion should never come at the cost of someone’s confidence or independence.
